Born out of our love for coffee, we started this company in 2013 to bring the wider audience on a journey to experience what Indonesian Coffee has to offer. We primarily handle the distribution of premium Arabica and Robusta coffee beans fairly traded from the farmers in Sumatra and other regions of Indonesia.

With high standards and moral ethics, not only do our customers enjoy the savings from direct sourcing, we ensure that the farmers’ welfare is not compromised. From raw materials to production we demand stringent quality control only delivering the best to our consumers.

Every drop of D’Farmer coffee has its distinctive characteristics described as earthy, musty, syrupy, smooth, and chocolaty, sure to put you in a whole new coffee drinking experience.

All our D’Farmer coffee have gone through stringent authorize laboratory test.

We do the self-life study and all our coffee products are 100% halal certified in Indonesia and Singapore.

Why Indonesia?

Indonesia is located within an ideal geography for coffee plantations, near the equator and with numerous mountainous regions across the islands, creating well-suited micro-climates for the growth and production of coffee.

Our Mission

To source original Sumatra and other Indonesian region coffee beans direct from the farmers at a fair competitive price and pass on the savings to our customers uncompromising both in quality of our coffee as well as the welfare of the farmers.

Our Vision

To become the leader in the Singapore and South East Asia region. We plan to have our own roasting factory and our own coffee Academy in the near future.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You will have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • be in the original packaging
  • accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) through Paypal.

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, otherwise are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Consent Clause

You have agreed to allow D’Farmer Global Network Pte Ltd to collect, use and disclose your personal data, which you have provided us, for providing marketing material that you have agreed to receive, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy anytime, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
